Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $6,410 per person (twin/double) or $8,580 per person (single) is required to secure your place and must be paid within 7 days of confirmation. The final balance is due on or before 29 June 2027.
The advertised price does not include international or domestic flights unless specifically stated in the itinerary. When flights become available for booking, we will secure the best available economy class fares on your behalf. Upgrades to Premium Economy or Business Class may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Full payment for flights will be required at the time of booking and will be subject to the airline’s applicable fare conditions.
The itinerary is subject to change without notice due to operational requirements, weather conditions, road or border closures, local events, force majeure, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, or other services with alternatives of a comparable standard.
This tour is intended to operate as a fully escorted tour accompanied by a member of our team and is subject to a minimum number of participants being reached. Should the minimum number of participants not be met, we reserve the right to operate the tour without one of our team accompanying the group. In such circumstances, experienced local representatives and guides will be on hand at each destination to ensure you continue to receive a high standard of service and support throughout your journey.
All prices are based on the exchange rates, airfares, taxes, government charges, and supplier costs applicable at the time the tour is published. We reserve the right to amend the tour price at any time before departure if there is an increase in costs beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
- fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates;
- increases in airfares, airline fuel surcharges, or carrier-imposed charges;
- increases in government taxes, airport taxes, port charges, visa fees, or other statutory levies;
- increases in accommodation, transportation, attraction, or other supplier costs; or
- the introduction of new taxes, duties, or government-imposed charges.
Any such increase will be payable by the traveller prior to departure. Should any surcharge result in a substantial increase to the total tour price, guests will be advised in writing as soon as reasonably practicable.
